BM Dorchester (Black Mountain Dorchester) is in the air permitting phase of its proposed 600 acre cement plant in Grayson County, TX. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is working to fast-track the project, which would literally be just feet from First Baptist Church Dorchester.

The project is not a done deal. Continue to make your voice heard by contacting the TCEQ under permit number 167047.
